Organs and Lipoma Diet

Organ feeding rules, TCVM protein temperatures, and the anti-inflammatory diet for [[Hershey]]'s lipomas. Part of [[Nutrition]]; the applied plan is in [[Hershey Health Protocol]].

Organ 10% rule

Only LIVER has the 10% cap (Vitamin A accumulates — fat-soluble). It's the best source of A, B12, folate, iron, copper.

Muscle meats classified as "organs" but with NO accumulation risk — feed freely:

TCVM protein temperatures (Hershey runs hot → lean cooling)

Temp Proteins
Cooling (best for Hershey) Duck, fish/salmon, rabbit, venison
Neutral (fine) Beef, turkey, pork
Warming (limit as staple) Chicken, lamb

Goal is an overall cooling trend, not a perfect every-meal rule. Be strict about avoiding warming proteins only if he shows active heat signs (excess panting, red eyes, always thirsty, seeking cold surfaces). Fish/salmon is the highest-priority protein to add next — cooling + best omega-3s.

Lipoma management diet

Avoid: sunflower/safflower/corn/soybean/vegetable oil (high omega-6, inflammatory); corn/wheat/soy; peas/lentils/chickpeas/canola; BHA/BHT/ethoxyquin/artificial colors/sugar; high-carb foods. Most gently cooked brands fail here (pea protein, canola, synthetic vitamins).

Support: Simple Food Project (~0.85:1 omega ratio, anti-inflammatory anchor) · fish/salmon · duck · Four Leaf Rover Liver & Kidney Clean (lipoma + Heartgard detox). AllProvide and Primal avoid the inflammatory ingredients — why they work.
